DIRTY FILTHY HOUSE MUSICStereo Butchers' is a production and DJ duo consisting of Jose Spinnin Cortes and Alex Acosta. Jose and Alex first met eachother when Jose was working as A&R in DJ Juanito's Tribe-Tek records in 2006. Alex's debut single there was "Tribal Revolution" and he imediatly gain respect from the Tribal producers of that time. In 2007 they did they very first production work together, remixing a track called "The Dark Side" for Jose's Bearlin Records imprint, and their chemestry together just made complete sense.
In February 2009 they decided to team up again but now under the "Stereo Butchers" moniker. They released "Salon Mexico", a latin-driven house track that managed to be in the top 40 of the sales chart in Beatport, and that would gain heavy club-play by DJs around the globe.

They have done a few other productions and remixes together since then, being the most memorable to date the remix they did for Beatport's and DipDive's remix contest for Black Eyed Peas' "I've Got a Feeling", where they got the first place.
In 2011 they decide to take the Stereo Butchers brand a step further and thats how the DJ Team was born. The idea is to create an enhaced DJ set, consisting on the 2 DJs playing on stage, using 4 decks, 2 mixers, synths, samplers; being able to actually make music and remixes live, right in front of the crowd.
